The Flying Pizza Restaurant has been the number one restaurant in Roundhay, Leeds for many years. The San Carlo Group bought the premises in April 2001. G F Holding carried out a full refurbishment to the interior of the building including a new shop front. An intricate propping system had to be adopted for the removal of several load bearing walls in order to open the restaurant space up. With the decorative mirrored panels on the walls the result created an almost 'double the area' effect.  The focal point of the restaurant is the main bar which is fully cladded with Arabescato Marble, imported from Italy.

The project was completed on time and to a very high standard  over a six week duration.
