Key Requirements | £1.2m refurbishment of existing Grosvenor Casino. Completing within 8 weeks whilst continuing to trade. Works included:-

New revolving entrance door and disabled access to front entrance. New lobby area, waiting area and cloakroom facilities. New Bar Lounge area with seating, wall mounted plasma TV's and stage for live entertainment. New 44 seat restaurant, gaming floor with 15 tables, 60 slot/poker machines and cashier counter room. New 100 seater poker room with bar/servery facilities. Full redecoration of interior, including new floor coverings throughout. New lighting and electrical power services with adaption / extension of existing mechanical services. New corporate signage both internally and externally.
